Gut Health and Immunity in Children

A healthy gut is the backbone of immunity. This blog explains how digestion, microbes, and food choices influence a child’s immune system.

The gut contains trillions of beneficial bacteria that train the immune system to recognize harmful invaders. Poor diet, excessive junk food, and antibiotics can disrupt this balance.

Fiber-rich foods feed good bacteria. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes support gut diversity. Probiotic foods like curd restore balance naturally.

Constipation, bloating, or frequent stomach aches may signal gut imbalance—and weaker immunity.
